You place the order
Name, phone number and delivery address are all we ask for. No card details are entered anywhere, and nothing is charged at this point.
We call to confirm
One of our operators calls you to check the address and the total amount, and to answer any question. Only after that does the parcel leave the warehouse.
You pay on delivery
The courier hands you the parcel and you pay in cash. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers often cannot give change.
If we cannot reach you on the confirmation call within 48 hours the order may be cancelled automatically. Nothing has been charged, so there is no consequence for you. A small cash-on-delivery fee may apply depending on your country, and it is always shown before you confirm.
