Cash on delivery is the option most of our customers choose. Nothing is charged in advance: you see the parcel at your door, and only then do you pay the courier.
How cash on delivery works
You place your order without entering any card details. We call you briefly to confirm the delivery address and the total amount, then we dispatch the parcel. When the courier hands it over, you pay in cash.
Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers often can’t give change. A small cash-on-delivery fee may apply depending on your country, and it is always shown before you confirm your order.
If we can’t reach you on the confirmation call within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically. Nothing is charged, so there’s no consequence for you.

Is cash on delivery safe?
Yes. The payment is handled directly by the courier at the moment of delivery, and you receive a delivery notification with all the details before they arrive. You know exactly what you’re paying and when.
Checking the parcel is still worth a moment: if the packaging is visibly damaged, you can refuse it or sign noting “accepted subject to inspection”, then contact us within 48 hours.
Secure online payments
If you prefer to pay online, card and wallet payments are processed through encrypted gateways that meet PCI-DSS standards, over an SSL/HTTPS connection.
Your card information goes directly to the certified payment provider. We never see it and it is never stored on our servers.
Prices, invoices and refunds
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Your invoice is emailed to you when the order is confirmed. Please check your details beforehand, as an invoice can’t be amended once issued.
If you return something, the refund goes back to your original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, send us your IBAN and we transfer it directly to your bank account, within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
